Duties & Responsibilities (ITIL compliance)

• Identify and catalog all IT assets within the organization, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Coordinate the procurement process for new IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty.
• Maintain a centralized inventory database or system to store asset information.
• Update the inventory database regularly to reflect changes, additions, and disposals.
• Monitor the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.
