Objective of the Position: This position provides IT support and customer service by assisting end users at assigned locations. The position ensures that all IT support requests are addressed in a timely fashion
Essential Accountabilities: The position incumbent ensures, that

Strong understanding of troubleshooting theory.

Help Desk experience preferred.

Basic understanding of ITSM and Incident Management.

Advanced knowledge of Windows, and it’s subsystems.

Familiarity with Office 365 products.

Basic familiarity with Windows server.

Basic understanding of Active Directory, and best practices.

Basic familiarity of networking principles and concepts.
-
Familiarity with Jira Service Management is helpful.

Strong understanding of Windows Server, and subsystems.

Cisco networking, or equivalent, experience required.

Basic understanding of VMWare and virtualization.
-
Advanced understanding of Active Directory.

Intermediate understanding of DNS, DHCP, etc.
Requirement Profile
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:

Associates degree or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school.

Prior internship experience in technical support/IT function.

Must have strong troubleshooting, time management, and customer support skills.

Ability to travel domestically.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office.
