Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology operations and ensure the efficiency, security, and reliability of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, manage support teams, and implement strategies to align technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Lead IT support operations to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, compliance standards, and data security measures.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new technologies to enhance business processes.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Supervise IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to IT staff, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in project management and IT governance practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts effectively.
