IT Manager

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Manager to oversee and maintain our organization's entire IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations, system reliability, and technical support across all devices and platforms. This role demands hands-on expertise in networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and enterprise-level systems management.

Network Administration:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Wi-Fi routers, switches, and firewalls
• Manage LAN/WAN connectivity and optimize network performance
• Oversee public sharing networks and ensure secure access protocols

System & Device Management:

• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
• Ensure timely updates, backups, and antivirus protection across systems
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues

Email & Domain Management:

• Handle email domain configurations, DNS records, and MX settings
• Resolve email delivery issues and manage user accounts across platforms

ERP & Server Oversight:

• Monitor and maintain ERP servers for optimal uptime and performance

CCTV & Security Systems:

• Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs/NVRs, and IP cameras
• Ensure secure storage and accessibility of surveillance footage

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT management or Network administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
