IT Manager

PFOC is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to deliver consistent, high-quality support and solutions.

Oversee and administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and related cloud services.

Manage Zoho integrations across departments and ensure seamless system workflows.

Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoints.Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, including antivirus, data encryption, MFA, and compliance standards.

Ensure reliable data backup and disaster recovery strategies.Oversee IT asset management, procurement, and vendor relationships.Support business applications, cloud migration projects, and system upgrades.Develop IT policies, documentation, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with department heads to align technology with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) in an IT leadership or management role.

Strong expertise in:

Microsoft 365 Administration & Intune MDMAzure AD / Active DirectoryZoho Suite & API IntegrationsWindows Server & Network ManagementCloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)Cybersecurity Tools & Risk ManagementFirewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, etc.) and Endpoint Security

Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, automation, and system monitoring tools.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to lead IT initiatives and drive digital transformation.
