Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the IT team, including daily operations and performance.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
- Plan and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage IT budgets, purchases, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide support.
- Stay updated with new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
- Ensure data protection and compliance with company and government regulations.
- Support and oversee system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar IT leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
