IT Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects — ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within defined scope and budget. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into structured outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, owns delivery accountability, and brings experience managing Odoo ERP and enterprise software projects.

What You’ll Do Here

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle — from planning to delivery and closure.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
• Drive Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and integration initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Manage resources and budgets effectively, balancing priorities across multiple projects.
• Facilitate regular communication between engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct sprint reviews, retrospectives, and post-implementation assessments.
• Establish documentation standards and reporting frameworks for visibility and transparency.
• Champion process improvement and delivery excellence within the PMO.

What We Value

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing ERP or software delivery projects, especially Odoo.
• Exceptional stakeholder and client management abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to translate technical updates into business insights.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT or software project management.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, or QA processes.
• Experience managing projects in eCommerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Finance domains.
• Understanding of cloud-based platforms and integration projects.
