IT Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in IT staff augmentation or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). This role is pivotal in generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and nurturing potential client relationships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prospect potential B2B clients via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Pitch Beepeeo’s staff augmentation services to decision-makers (CTOs, HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Founders).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Understand client needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets on qualified meetings, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT staff augmentation, recruitment sales, or talent outsourcing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives and hiring decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and excellent time management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
