Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the Multan region, focusing on video conferencing solutions, interactive displays, AV systems, and smart collaboration technologies for corporate, education, government, and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities across corporate, education, government, and enterprise sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Product Sales Focus

  • Interactive touch displays and smart classroom solutions
  • Video conferencing systems and collaboration technology
  • Digital signage, kiosks, and AV integration solutions

Client Engagement

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Identify potential growth sectors in the region
  • Provide regular sales updates and forecasts

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in IT, AV, or technology solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B technology sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
