Job Summary

The IT Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating IT projects, supporting solution delivery processes, and acting as a bridge between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders. The role ensures smooth execution of IT solutions, timely communication, and proper documentation across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT solution projects from initiation to delivery
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and clarify technical needs
• Liaise between developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and project reports
• Support system implementation, testing, and deployment activities
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure proper documentation of system configurations and processes
• Assist in troubleshooting coordination and issue resolution
• Maintain updated records of IT assets, systems, and project status

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous experience in IT coordination, technical support, or project coordination
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software development, or infrastructure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Understanding of cloud services, networking, or software solutions
• Experience working with technical teams or software development environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Client-facing communication experience
