IT Support

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to end users and maintain the company's IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
• Set up user accounts and email access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support system updates, backups, and security measures.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees' IT requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
