A skilled and experienced IT Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing user systems, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless daily operations across hardware, software, and network platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices (Windows/Mac/Android/iOS)
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person and remotely
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
  • Set up and support printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
  • Monitor and maintain local networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity
  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business needs
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician (2+ years preferred)
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting practices
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server, and remote desktop tools
  • Knowledge of network configurations, firewalls, and security protocols
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues simultaneously
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
