Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Coordinator to oversee and manage daily IT support operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between employees, clients, and vendors. The IT Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Cellstyler LLC’s reputation for excellence in IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT support activities including scheduling, troubleshooting, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT specialists and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on IT support performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and IT-related initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support coordination or technical assistance.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and support processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft are an advantage.
