We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to employees, helping resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively. Your efforts will help keep our systems running smoothly and our team productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Respond to support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and overall IT performance
- Set up new user accounts and profiles, and assist with password or access issues
- Document support requests, solutions, and IT assets accurately and consistently
- Maintain security protocols, including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection tools
- Support video conferencing platforms, VoIP systems, and mobile device management
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment
- Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and enterprise software
- Basic understanding of networking, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and DNS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
