About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to handle day-to-day hardware and software operations across multiple business divisions. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, a service-oriented approach, and hands-on experience in managing both system and network-level issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and software support.
  • Ensure data backup, security protocols, and system compliance are followed.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and licenses.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software installations.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and configurations.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
