Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to manage routine tasks such as data backups, software installations, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and provide technical support to staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform regular backups to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.

· Install, configure, and update software applications as required.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

· Maintain and document IT processes, including backup schedules and software inventories.

· Ensure compliance with data protection and security protocols.

· Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.

· Collaborate with the IT team to optimize system performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes.

· Proficiency in software installation and configuration across various platforms.

· Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and IT tools.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

· Relevant certifications.

· Previous experience in IT support or system administration is desirable.

Ability to communicate: should have strong communication skills.

Ability to work with team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
