IT Support Technician

This full-time position will provide you with the opportunity to work on fascinating systems that you might never encounter elsewhere.

As our IT Support Technician, you will maintain and operate world-class theaters and meeting spaces. You will also help develop cutting-edge guest experiences.

Primary responsibilities of this position will include:

Support all of the organization’s IT systems, i.e., employee workstations, telephones and other business systems in a Microsoft environment.
Support events and exhibits.
Support two point of sale systems and one accounting suite.
Support and maintain surveillance VMS and cameras.
Work with complex audiovisual systems.
Provide helpdesk support to local and remote users.
Work on cross-functional teams to deliver technology portions of projects in a timely manner.

The successful candidate must possess the following attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, networking experience, experience in managing and maintaining computer hardware, and excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ideally, they will have Salesforce experience, networking certification, such as Network+ or CCNA. Certifications on AV systems such as Dante or Biamp Tesira are also desirable.
