Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out projects. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations across different project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
· Prepare, update, and track project schedules, reports, and documentation.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
· Monitor project progress and report potential delays or risks.
· Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
· Support procurement processes by preparing material requests and tracking deliveries.
· Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MOM), and follow up on action points.
· Maintain proper records of project correspondence, drawings, and approvals.
· Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in fit-out or interior contracting projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Knowledge of project management software (MS Project / Primavera P6) is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
· Familiarity with Qatar’s construction standards, permits, and regulatory requirements.
· Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
