• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations

Knowledge:

• Should have strong understanding of HR concepts & applicable employment laws
• Should have a professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.
• Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
• Should have ability to set examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
• Should have working experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
• Should be updated with New trends and practices of Human Resource Management.

Skills:

• Functional: Well versed with tools , techniques or software require for HR Functions like: MS Office (excel,word, power point presentation), payroll software etc.
• Behavioral: The person should be polite, proactive, approachable, good listener, speaker and with leadership, decision making and problem solving skills. Should have ability to build rapport quickly with key team members.

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• HR Generalist: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
