Job Placement Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with gaming studios, animation companies, IT firms, and digital agencies.
• Match graduates with suitable roles and track employment outcomes.
• Organize job fairs, recruitment drives, and industry networking sessions.
• Provide career counseling, resume writing, and interview preparation for students.
• Maintain a database of graduates, employers, and job opportunities.
• Report quarterly and annual placement outcomes as part of CEGA KPIs.
• Collaborate with incubation and community teams to support entrepreneurial graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Computer Science, Social Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, job placement, or career services (preferably in IT/creative sectors).
• Strong employer network in gaming, animation, and digital industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
