Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Professional with 4–5 years of proven experience in the international IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international IT market.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives and expand the client base.

Hands-on experience with business development tools and portals (Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, etc.).

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and emerging technologies.

Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business pitches to international clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and negotiation to contract closure.

Maintain accurate records.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

4–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the IT or software services industry.

Proven track record of developing international markets.

Strong understanding of IT services and software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
