We are a growing IT and Dispatch Service company based in Lahore, providing dispatch and support solutions to clients in the U.S. trucking industry.
We are looking for energetic and confident Telesales Executives to join our night-shift team. If you are fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and want to grow in the dispatch and logistics field, this is the perfect opportunity.

About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will contact potential clients in the U.S. market to promote our Truck Dispatch Services. You’ll play an important role in driving sales, building relationships, and helping our company expand its client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based truck drivers and logistics clients
• Present and promote dispatch services effectively and persuasively
• Build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets (KPIs)
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and Excel sheets

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, and email handling)
• Fresh graduates with strong English fluency are encouraged to apply
• Prior telesales or call center experience will be a plus
• Must be available for the night shift (on-site)

Job Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 per month + Attractive Commissions
• Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore (On-site)
