As an HR Intern at IJK Media, you will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other essential HR functions. You will gain hands-on experience in the HR field while contributing to our fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Upon successful completion of the internship, there is an opportunity to be considered for a permanent role with IJK Media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Maintain HR records and employee databases.
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events.
• Help track employee attendance and assist with other administrative HR tasks.
• Assist with performance review processes and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR-related tasks are efficiently executed.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Help with content creation, design, and tracking social media analytics to improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Comfortable working with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
