Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Foreman to lead, coordinate, and control joinery production activities across workshop and site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of joinery execution, team supervision, and quality control within fast-paced interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage joinery production activities at site and workshop levels
• Read, understand, and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and cutting lists accurately
• Quantify and plan materials, hardware, and accessories required for joinery works
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor the productivity and performance of carpenters and technicians
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
• Conduct routine inspections, identify issues, and provide technical solutions on-site
• Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety within the joinery team

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven Dubai experience in a Joinery Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, tools, machines, and production processes
• Proven ability to lead teams, plan work schedules, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure in high-volume interior fit-out environments
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
