JOINERY WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to carpenters, machinists, and finishers based on project requirements.
• Monitor production progress to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Inspect all joinery works at various stages of production to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions for defects or non-conformities identified during inspections.
• Interpret technical drawings and provide clear instructions to workshop teams.
• Coordinate with the design, project, and site teams to clarify joinery details and resolve technical issues.
• Suggest improvements in joinery designs to enhance efficiency, material usage, and durability.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of materials and tools in the workshop.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure all staff comply with company health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and motivate workshop personnel to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to align workshop production with project timelines.
• Ensure all workshop machinery and tools are regularly serviced and maintained.
• Monitor material wastage and implement measures to minimize it.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
