Jr Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT sector. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of IT products/services, and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
