Job Description:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, onboarding.
- Fill open roles within budget and timeline.
- Maintain candidate database in Zoho Recruit.
- Verify salary documents & calculate CTC.
- Issue offer letters after salary negotiation and joining-date confirmation.
- Hand over onboarding formalities, background checks and complete all employee documentation.
- Maintain digital and physical employee files in DMS.
- Post job ads on various job boards and professional platforms.
- Archive HR‐ documents (letters, reports, invoices) in DMS.
- Prepare monthly HR trackers & reports for HR Director.
- Build and maintain professional employee relationships.
Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Familiarity with job boards and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance norms under labor laws.
- Awareness of performance management systems and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of core HR principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, and agencies).
- Knowledge of effective job advertisement creation and employer branding techniques.
Preferred Knowledge
- Working knowledge of HRMS platforms such as Zoho People or Zoho Recruit.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture practices.
- Experience in drafting and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Exposure to grievance handling and basic conflict management.
