Job Description:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, onboarding.
  • Fill open roles within budget and timeline.
  • Maintain candidate database in Zoho Recruit.
  • Verify salary documents & calculate CTC.
  • Issue offer letters after salary negotiation and joining-date confirmation.
  • Hand over onboarding formalities, background checks and complete all employee documentation.
  • Maintain digital and physical employee files in DMS.
  • Post job ads on various job boards and professional platforms.
  • Archive HR‐ documents (letters, reports, invoices) in DMS.
  • Prepare monthly HR trackers & reports for HR Director.
  • Build and maintain professional employee relationships.

Knowledge:

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Familiarity with job boards and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance norms under labor laws.
  • Awareness of performance management systems and HR analytics.
  • Strong understanding of core HR principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, and agencies).
  • Knowledge of effective job advertisement creation and employer branding techniques.

Preferred Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of HRMS platforms such as Zoho People or Zoho Recruit.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture practices.
  • Experience in drafting and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Exposure to grievance handling and basic conflict management.
