Job Title: Junior Advocate

Role Overview
We are looking to hire a Junior Advocate to support our real estate, regulatory, and litigation practice. The role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented advocate who is keen to build a strong foundation in real estate law, due diligence, documentation, and dispute resolution, while working closely with senior lawyers and partners.
Key Responsibilities1. Real Estate & Transaction Support
- Assist in title and legal due diligence of properties, including review of title documents, agreements, conveyance deeds, and revenue records
- Prepare due diligence reports, title notes, and risk summaries under supervision
- Assist in drafting, vetting, and reviewing real estate documents such as:
- Agreements for Sale
- Development Agreements
- Redevelopment Agreements
- Leave & License Agreements
- MOUs, NDAs, and ancillary documents
- Support senior advocates in transaction structuring and closing processes
2. Redevelopment & Society Matters
- Assist in matters relating to society redevelopment, including documentation, consent processes, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with societies, developers, and consultants for information and document collation
- Maintain checklists and timelines for redevelopment-related compliance
3. Litigation & Regulatory Work
- Assist in real estate litigation before Civil Courts, High Court, RERA, and Appellate Authorities
- Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, replies, and written submissions
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and briefs
- Attend court hearings, take notes, and assist with case strategy discussions
4. Research & Advisory
- Conduct legal research on property laws, RERA, stamp duty, registration, redevelopment regulations, and allied statutes
- Assist in drafting legal opinions and advisory notes
- Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes affecting real estate
5. Client & Office Coordination
- Assist in client meetings and calls under guidance
- Coordinate with government offices, sub-registrar offices, courts, and external consultants
- Maintain case files, documentation, and internal trackers
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and timelines
Eligibility & Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
- 2–4 years of PQE (freshers with internships in real estate or litigation will be considered)
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Familiarity with real estate documentation and court procedures is preferred
