Location : Nespak Society Lahore near Wapda Town

Role: Junior Business Development / Bidder (Full-time, On-site, Lahore)
We are looking for a motivated junior professional with 1–2 years of experience in freelancing platforms to assist in lead generation, market research, proposal drafting, and bid submission on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms. You will also support in maintaining client relationships and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating leads and identifying potential projects
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors
• Draft proposals and submit bids under guidance
• Support client communications and maintain positive relationships
• Collaborate with the senior team to ensure project goals are met

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development, bidding, or freelancing platforms
• Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms is preferred
• Good analytical and research skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation and team collaboration
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
