Junior Integration Specialist

Role Purpose

Support the integration and operation of online payment solutions by assisting merchants and internal teams with payment gateway implementations, ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable transaction flows. This role targets early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in fintech and API-based systems.

Job Description

• Support merchant integrations using RESTful APIs
• Assist merchants during technical onboarding and go-live
• Monitor and handle payment callbacks and webhooks
• Troubleshoot payment issues such as failed transactions, timeouts, and mismatches
• Test payment APIs using Postman
• Coordinate with backend, risk, and operations teams
• Maintain and update integration documentation
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP methods
• Knowledge of online payment flows (authorization, capture, refund)
• Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools
• Understanding of webhooks and callbacks
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn fintech and payment technologies
• Basic knowledge of payment gateways, 3DS, authentication, or SQL is a plus
