We are looking for a motivated Junior Lead Generation to join our growing sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building prospect lists, and supporting the sales pipeline through research and outreach. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
  • Generate qualified leads based on company target markets and industries.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in creating and executing email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and sharing qualified prospects.
  • Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 0–6 months of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation techniques.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other CRM/lead tools (a plus).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
