Junior Lead Generation Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, email marketing, and prospecting using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data extraction platforms. This role requires someone who can effectively support the sales and marketing team in identifying, nurturing, and converting potential leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Plan and run email campaigns that match marketing goals, use audience segmentation for personalized content, and track results to improve performance
  • Leverage personalization strategies to make outreach more relevant and impactful.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in data extraction, Support the sales team.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, and digital pro.specting tools.
  • Stay updated on the company’s services, especially web and software development offerings
  • Prospect new leads for the client via cold or warm outreach through Linkedin outreach , email or messages for successful deals.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead411, or similar tools for data extraction.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong skills in email outreach and LinkedIn networking.
  • Prior experience working with US/European clients (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
