Job Title: Junior Legal Advisor

Location: Askari Corporate Tower, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore

Salary: PKR 100,000 per month

Hours: 40hrs, Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Tenure: Permanent

About the role

As the Junior Legal Advisor , you will have an impact on keeping day-to-day operations legally compliant and well-organised, supporting the legal team in enabling the business to run smoothly. In this role, you will help coordinate legal matters across departments, prioritise tasks, manage internal expectations, and ensure that queries and documentation are handled consistently and on time. The desired outcome is a reliable and efficient legal function that strengthens collaboration between teams, reduces risk, and supports the company’s ability to operate confidently across multiple jurisdictions.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Completing compliance questionnaires along with compiling relevant documentation from different departments.
  • Maintaining and updating compliance questionnaires on a quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis, and compiling relevant supporting documentation from different departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Helping to organise and prioritise legal workstreams, ensuring that urgent matters are escalated appropriately.
  • Reviewing master agreements to highlight commercial risks and providing feedback to relevant departments based on agreed metrics.
  • Providing support in reviewing employment documents for various services of the business and assisting with amendments of the same.
  • Assisting in preparation of any legal training taking place within the business.


Your ideal experience & competencies:

Ideally you would have a law degree and some experience involving legal research. Knowledge and experience of working with the UK legal contracts is essential. Experience with US labour laws will provide an advantage.


You can only excel in this role if you have the following attributes/skill set:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing legal documents to avoid compliance gaps.
  • Ability to adhere to timelines and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in order to navigate and communicate legal advice to other teams.
