We are seeking a Junior Manager – Shopify Websites to manage the content, performance, and operations of our Shopify-based e-commerce platforms. This role combines creativity, technical know-how, and analytical skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business goals across our online channels.


Role Overview


The Junior Manager – Shopify Websites will oversee the creation, optimization, and performance of multiple Shopify websites under the Tavola umbrella. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce content, SEO, marketing automation, and digital analytics. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase engagement.



Key Responsibilities

Website Content & Merchandising

  • Develop and manage calendars for banners, blogs, novelties, and social media-related creatives across all Shopify websites (Zwilling UAE, Kuvings GCC, and others).
  • Create and update bilingual (Arabic & English) website content, including product listings, variants, descriptions, videos, and other creative assets.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies, aligning with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.


E-commerce Operations & Coordination

  • Ensure product listings, stock levels, and pricing are accurate and synchronized with the central e-commerce system.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations — from customer acquisition to order fulfillment and after-sales support (repairs, FOC, etc.).
  • Install and manage essential Shopify plugins for merchant centre, Facebook catalog, reviews, stock management, and email marketing.

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Support Google and Meta Ads campaign management under supervision, ensuring proper targeting, tracking, and optimization for brand-related ads.
  • Execute e-commerce marketing automation strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

SEO & Performance Optimization

  • Regularly analyze and report on share-of-search performance for key categories and keywords.
  • Identify SEO improvement opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for copy and metadata optimization.
  • Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to enhance website discoverability and conversion.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide detailed e-commerce performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track sales trends, customer behavior, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational challenges.
  • Manage online sales forecasts, advertising budgets, and plugin-related expenses to support revenue targets.


Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce content management, preferably on Shopify platforms.
  • Proficiency in Shopify CMS, Google Analytics, and marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo or similar).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, online merchandising, and digital customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about e-commerce trends, website optimization, and enhancing online customer experience.
