Junior procurement officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Procurement Officer to join our F&B team. The role involves supporting the procurement department in sourcing, purchasing, and managing suppliers to ensure timely availability of quality materials and products for our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies for F&B operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the store/warehouse team to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company requirements.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and update the approved supplier list.
• Support in preparing procurement reports and analysis for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in procurement (preferably in the Food & Beverage sector).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
