About the Role

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its residential sales team and is looking for motivated Junior Property Consultants with proven closing experience.

This role is ideal for agents who are already active in the market and want to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle and convert qualified buyer inquiries
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Maintain accurate tracking of activities and deals through CRM
• Work within defined sales targets and reporting systems
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Performance allowance: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
• Proven closing experience (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work within structured targets and CRM systems
• UAE driving license (required)
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
