Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender document preparation.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor material usage, site progress, and prepare cost reports.
- Support in the preparation of interim payment applications and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, variations, and correspondences.
- Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors, project managers, and site teams to support project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (GCC experience preferred).
- Knowledge of both Civil and MEP quantity surveying practices is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (knowledge of CostX/Planswift/Bluebeam is a plus).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
