We’re Hiring – Junior Sales Executive | Dubai, UAE

Join our growing team as a Junior Sales Executive, where you’ll drive new business opportunities across diverse sectors — from restaurants and cafés to wellness centers and retail outlets.

Position Details

Location: Umm Al Qwain,Dubai (Applicants must be based in the UAE)

Salary: AED 5,000/month

Experience: 3–4 years in B2B or field sales within the UAE

License: Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory

Industry Preference: FMCG / Hygiene / Consumer Products

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new local clients across restaurants, cafés, wellness centers, pet stores, and similar sectors
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product demos, and sampling activities
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals
• Collaborate with operations and accounts teams for order fulfillment and invoicing
• Maintain accurate records and sales pipelines in CRM tools

Requirements

• 3–4 years of B2B or field sales experience in the UAE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting monthly targets
• Performance Expectations
• Close 10–15 new client accounts in the first 3 months
• Achieve monthly sales of USD 50,000 and scale progressively
• Build strong market visibility and lasting client relationships
