Job Summary:

The Junior Sales Executive will support the sales department in building relationships with clients, generating new business, preparing quotations, and coordinating order execution with the production and dispatch teams. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn the corrugated packaging business and grow into a key sales professional.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Assist in managing existing customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with clients for order confirmations, sampling, and delivery schedules.
  • Handle basic customer queries related to carton specifications, order status, or pricing.

2. Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients in food, beverage, textile, and other industries using corrugated packaging.
  • Collect and maintain client data, contact lists, and visit reports.
  • Support the senior sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.

3. Quotation & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations based on carton specifications (ply, size, paper grammage, printing, etc.) with the help of the costing team.
  • Ensure all quotations are properly filed and tracked for follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of price approvals and client communications.

4. Coordination with Internal Departments

  • Communicate confirmed orders to production and planning teams for timely scheduling.
  • Follow up with dispatch for delivery status and share updates with customers.
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice or payment follow-ups when required.

5. Market Feedback & Reporting

  • Collect market information on competitor pricing, quality, and customer preferences.
  • Provide daily or weekly reports on client visits, inquiries, and sales progress.
  • Highlight customer feedback, complaints, or quality issues to the sales manager.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English/Urdu.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word (quotation and reporting).
  • Eagerness to learn carton specifications, grammage details, and production processes.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a customer service approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably packaging, printing, or industrial sector).

Working Hours: Full-time

Compensation: As per company policy (Basic salary + performance incentives)

Growth Path:

After demonstrating consistent performance and product knowledge, the Junior Sales Executive can grow into a Key Account Executive position within 1–2 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
