Junior Social Media Executive

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-time (Office-based)

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including scheduling, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring performance.

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and visual content.

Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.

Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Assist in running paid ad campaigns and optimizing reach and engagement.

Engage with the online community to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of major social platforms and their analytics tools.

Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, CapCut) is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset and ability to think strategically.

Strong time management and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
