Full-time Position – Office-based – Islamabad

We are currently hiring four talented, motivated and versatile professionals to join our growing international operations team in our Islamabad office.

Our company operates internationally in digital services, hospitality platforms and automated customer systems. We are building advanced operational systems powered by automation, AI tools and modern cloud technologies.

This role combines customer support, troubleshooting, technical platform operations, automation systems, AI tools, booking and concierge services, administrative coordination and digital communication, in close collaboration with management and technical teams.

Candidates must demonstrate solid experience with modern AI tools and automation technologies, with a minimum of two years of practical experience using AI systems for productivity, automation, reporting, data analysis and operational optimization.

One of the long-term objectives of this team is to help design and operate one of the most advanced AI-driven reservation and concierge platforms, supporting hosting operations and automated customer services.

Our operations run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, therefore the team operates with rotating shifts to ensure continuous support and smooth operations.

YOUR ROLE

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

Provide professional customer support via email, chat and phone communication.

Understand customer issues quickly and act as a technical troubleshooter, identifying the root cause of operational or platform problems.

Follow support cases until full resolution while maintaining clear and professional communication with customers.

Assist customers with booking services, hosting support and concierge requests.

Handle operational issues and coordinate solutions internally when required.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience and problem-solving mindset in all customer interactions.

Technical Troubleshooting & Platform Operations

Work with internal digital platforms, operational tools and cloud systems.

Perform technical troubleshooting related to:

platform issues

system errors

connectivity problems

network access

user account or access issues

Use Linux tools and SSH when required for diagnostics.

Escalate complex technical problems to developers or IT teams when necessary.

Monitor internal systems and identify potential operational issues before they impact customers.

AI, Automation & Productivity

A key objective of this role is to help improve operational efficiency through modern AI tools and automation technologies.

Use AI tools to improve operational workflows and productivity.

Automate repetitive tasks such as reports, emails, alerts and internal operational processes.

Design structured automation workflows using AI tools, APIs and automation platforms.

Research and test new AI tools that can improve productivity and efficiency.

Support the development of AI-powered reservation and concierge systems.

Help design operational systems that reduce manual work and increase reliability.

Experience with prompt engineering, workflow automation and AI productivity tools is considered a strong advantage.

Project Management & Process Optimization

Coordinate operational projects using structured task management systems.

Design and manage operational workflows and task pipelines.

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Document operational systems so they can be replicated, scaled and improved.

Simplify complex operational processes through automation and better organization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze operational data and track performance indicators and KPIs.

Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management.

Support decision-making through clear and structured data analysis.

Administrative & Supplier Coordination

Assist management with operational coordination tasks.

Prepare requests for quotations and communicate with suppliers.

Compare supplier offers and maintain structured documentation.

Organize operational files and internal follow-ups.

Digital Communication

Support online communication and digital platform activities.

Assist with social media coordination and digital content organization.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Actively propose improvements to internal systems and workflows.

Research modern tools that can improve productivity and efficiency.

Contribute ideas related to automation, AI systems and operational optimization.

PROFILE

Education & Technical Background

Bachelor’s degree in:

Computer Science

Information Technology

Network Engineering

Systems Administration

or equivalent practical experience.

This position is not a software developer role.

We are primarily looking for candidates with strong technical troubleshooting abilities, operational mindset and automation skills, rather than pure programming backgrounds.

Technical Knowledge

Basic knowledge of Linux systems.

Comfortable using SSH and command-line tools.

Understanding of internet and networking fundamentals.

Familiarity with cloud tools, SaaS platforms and modern digital systems.

AI & Automation Experience

Minimum two years of experience using modern AI tools and automation technologies.

Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools to:

automate workflows

generate reports and summaries

analyze operational data

improve productivity and system organization

Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, API integrations or similar automation tools is considered a strong advantage.

In today’s market many professionals use AI tools at a basic level, but only a smaller percentage truly know how to design and automate complete workflows.

Candidates who have real hands-on experience building automation systems connecting multiple tools and APIs will be highly valued for this role.
