Junior Technical Project Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Track project progress, update task boards, and maintain documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project status updates.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
