From 1 to 10+ active trucks and 35+ team members in less than 3 years, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help drive our success to our rapidly growing brand.

**Position Overview:**

As a Truck Crew Member at Junk Punks Removal Service, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, assisting in junk removal tasks, engaging with customers, and ensuring the proper disposal and recycling of items. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our high service standards while fostering a fun and positive work environment. Our trucks run 7 days a week, but the work schedule is established prior to onboarding. Typical hours are 7am-6pm, scheduled for 30.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in junk removal tasks, including lifting and loading items onto trucks.

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their removal needs and provide exceptional service.

- Navigate routes efficiently to optimize productivity and on-time arrivals.

- Ensure the safe and responsible disposal of items, adhering to local regulations and recycling guidelines.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.

- Uphold company values of sustainability and environmental responsibility in all aspects of work.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in sales & customer experience is preferred, manual labor is a plus.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

- Capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly

- Valid driver's license or identification, and a clean driving record if a driver (3 years).

- Familiarity with recycling practices and environmental sustainability is a plus.

- 18+ years of age (required for insurance)
