The ideal candidate will manage to achieve the sales target through designing sales plans, creating & managing tender access, and maximizing & retaining the sales volume to achieve sales productivity & company objectives.
Responsibilities

Follow up with sales progress & delivery of orders.

Ensure arrangements for stocks/transfers and delivery of the product.

Capture ad-hoc (direct purchases) business opportunities through regular KA (Key Accounts) visits and lobby of concerned persons (Purchasers, Pharmacists).

Initiate, negotiate and receive RFQ along with quotation preparation, delivery & approval.
-
Receive purchasing order & submit to the concerned department & follow up on orders delivery to customers.

Ensure market-based pricing follow-up and ensure the implementation of quarterly POA (Price on Application).

Follow up and ensure proper introduction of company products to hospitals & potential centers.

Ensure the successful launch of new products.

Prepare profiles of the existing clients with VIP client lists.

Follow up with KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) & explore new opportunities.

Prioritize coaching and performance management efforts to have a great overall impact.

Coordinate with the Product Managers to follow up on the business.

Review the updated database.

Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.

Ensure strict implementation of policies and guidelines.

Perform any other duties related to the job according to the business needs.

Lead, direct, develop & motivate medical representatives to perform their jobs in a better way.

Conduct meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discuss their suggestions, and take suitable actions accordingly.

Prepare periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements according to the business needs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, or Veterinary.

4-6 years of experience in a similar field with at least 2 years of experience as a key account manager.
