Job Purpose

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for driving growth and developing the Dairy business market by leveraging strong B2B relationships. The role requires a proven track record of handling large accounts, building long-term partnerships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the Dairy business market through strategic B2B engagements.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create plans to capture market share.
  • Achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets as per company objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights for product development and positioning.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and account management plans.


Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Graduation (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B Dairy industry with proven business development and key account management experience.
  • Strong market knowledge and established relations within the B2B Dairy sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
