Job Summary:
Texway Knitwears LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Knitwear Coordinator to oversee and streamline the development, production, and delivery of knitwear products. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding of knitwear processes, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure timely and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all stages of knitwear production, from sampling to final delivery
• Liaise with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of styles
• Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Track raw materials, yarn sourcing, and inventory levels
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
• Review samples and provide feedback to ensure alignment with design specifications
• Maintain detailed production records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in cost tracking and budgeting for knitwear projects
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and client requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in knitwear coordination or garment production
• Strong knowledge of knitwear fabrics, yarns, and production techniques
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with international suppliers
• Understanding of garment costing and quality control processes
• Familiarity with CAD or design software is an advantage
