Job Description:
The Lab Engineer will play a pivotal role in experimental design, data analysis, and equipment management to support research and development activities in surface engineering.
Qualification & Experience :
- BE in Metallurgy, Materials, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with 01 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Candidates with experience in the procurement, installation, and operation of high-tech equipment will be given preference.
Key Responsibility:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring safety, and efficiency, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure the continuous availability of consumables, tools, and resources.
- Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, maintaining accurate records of usage and generating detailed utilization reports.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced laboratory instruments for experiments, testing, and research activities.
- Collaborate closely with researchers, technicians, and academic staff to support research projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.

- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply after seeking NOC from their respective parent department / organizations.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
- Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
