About this Role
Are you a labor relations professional with a passion for helping resolve grievance situations? We're looking for a dynamic subject matter expert to join our team as a non-supervisory specialist! In this role, you'll work independently to develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive statewide labor relations program. You'll provide expert-level consultation to departmental management, and drive strategies that support employee relations, contract interpretation, and organizational excellence.
