Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and establish control points for sewerage network construction.
• Set out alignments, levels, and grades for excavation, pipe laying, manholes, and associated structures.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, and layout against project drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
• Record survey data, prepare sketches, and submit accurate as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with site engineers and foremen to ensure correct implementation of designs.
• Monitor and check subcontractors’ survey work to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain daily survey logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements during fieldwork.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
