Land Surveyor

ob Purpose:

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise land and topographic surveys, preparing detailed survey reports, and ensuring accurate measurements are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong technical knowledge in surveying techniques, instruments, and software to support construction activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, site, and topographical surveys to determine boundaries, contours, elevations, and reference points for construction projects.
• Establish and maintain site survey control points, benchmarks, and alignment as per project specifications.
• Prepare survey drawings, sketches, and reports using AutoCAD and other surveying software.
• Ensure all survey data is recorded, documented, and archived systematically.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Construction teams to provide accurate setting-out and alignment for structures, utilities, and roads.
• Monitor and verify subcontractor survey works to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify potential surveying errors and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and use of survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments.
• Adhere to project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
